Your donations help fund coordination, procedures, logistics, and access to care pathways.
Make a DonationOur humanitarian mission begins when conflict cuts people off from essential treatment or interrupts their education. We bring together the people, institutions and resources needed to turn a blocked situation into a realistic pathway forward.
This mission is currently implemented through two complementary programs: Access to Care, dedicated to medical disruptions, and Bridges to the Future, which prepares higher education continuity for young Palestinians with established academic potential.
In a conflict context, an essential need can remain unmet even when capacities exist elsewhere. Information is scattered, procedures are complex, mobility is uncertain, and resources are limited.
Pont de Mer Humanitaire reduces this fragmentation. We help document the situation, identify competent interlocutors, verify feasibility conditions, and coordinate necessary steps. We do not replace medical, academic, or institutional structures: we create the connections and cooperation framework required for a dignified, rigorous, and responsible journey.
Coordinate pathways to care when local provision is impossible or severely limited.
Prepare university continuity pathways for young people whose studies are compromised by conflict.
Compile reliable dossiers and connect individuals with relevant professionals, institutions, partners, and organizations.
Seek medical, academic, administrative, logistical, and financial solutions consistent with each situation.
Support exchanges and follow-up with rigor, confidentiality, consent, and transparent information on limitations.
We are neither a hospital, nor a university, nor an administrative authority.
We do not replace professionals, institutions, or competent organizations.
We do not guarantee evacuation, visas, admission, scholarships, or funding.
We do not initiate a pathway when essential information or its feasibility cannot be established.
We do not disseminate any sensitive information without a legitimate basis, appropriate consent, and protective measures.
Our values guide each of our programs: human dignity, non-discrimination, confidentiality, consent, rigor in verification, responsibility, transparency, and cooperation with competent actors.
Respect for each person, their history, and their situation guides all our actions.
Personal, medical, academic, and family information is handled with discretion, prudence, and respect for consent.
Each situation is based on careful verification of information, needs, and feasibility conditions.
We act within a humanitarian framework, transparently and respectfully of each actor's roles.
We work with affected individuals, professionals, institutions, humanitarian actors, funders, and competent partners.
